  • Principle of proactive accountability: The Data Controller shall be responsible for ensuring that the above principles are met.

 

What measures have we taken to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your data?

The breach of personal data represents a security breach of the information systems of THE COMPANY that causes or may cause the destruction, alteration, loss, unauthorized disclosure, or access, whether accidental or not, to personal data transmitted, stored, or processed related to the provision of our services. In the event that the personal data we store and/or process at THE COMPANY is compromised in any way, we will promptly notify the affected individuals, in accordance with the provisions of Article 33 of the GDPR.

These rights are highly personal and will be exercised by the data subject, with no limitations other than those provided for by applicable law. However, the legal representative of the interested user may act when the user is incapacitated or a minor, making it impossible for them to exercise these rights personally. The Data Controller will exercise these rights within thirty days of receiving the request. If the Data Controller considers that the request cannot be granted, the Data Controller will notify you with reasons within the period indicated in this section. In cases where data deletion is appropriate but physical erasure is not possible, either for technical reasons or due to the computer medium used, we will block the data to prevent further use until it is completely removed from the information systems.

COLLECTION OF DATA FROM MINORS

Our website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not intentionally collect information (including Personal Data) from children or other individuals who are not legally permitted to use our services. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 16, we will delete it as soon as possible unless we are legally required to retain such data. PROCESSING OF SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA AND PERSONAL DATA RELATING TO CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS AND OFFENCES

When completing free-text fields, you are prohibited from entering personal information that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or labor union membership. You are prohibited from processing genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, health data, or data relating to a natural person’s sexual life or sexual orientation, as well as personal data relating to criminal convictions and offenses. If you enter any information relating to the aforementioned aspects in any of our forms or via email, it will be immediately deleted from our information systems without being able to respond to the query, since such data is neither necessary nor relevant for the purposes determined in the processing of this website.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

Our premises are equipped with a video surveillance system for the sole purpose of protecting THE COMPANY ‘s assets and safeguarding the safety of all persons within its premises. The images obtained will not be shared under any circumstances, except to the relevant security forces, and will be retained for a maximum period of thirty calendar days, as established in Article 6 of Instruction 1/2006, of November 8, of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, on the processing of personal data for surveillance purposes through camera or video camera systems.
